Passion for clocks
At 'Clocks In Time', we have a passion for clocks both old & new. If you have a clock that’s not running or keeping good time, our clock repairs can help bring it back to life. To us, nothing is as satisfying as hearing a well-synced 'tick, tock' after expertly servicing a tired or broken clock.
2nd generation
We learned everything we know from our 'Pop', an 'old-school', self-taught craftsman with a remarkable talent for woodworking and for building and servicing clocks. His kids grew up with the sounds of clocks ticking and chiming throughout the house. That same appreciation for clocks, along with his knowledge and passion, has been passed on to us. We cheerfully share that enthusiasm with our customers, especially when it comes to clock sales and servicing.
Friendly & fair
We treat our customers like friends and family. We respect you and your clock, and offer clear, up-front pricing for our clock repairs and services. There are no gimmicks, no tricks - just good service at a fair price.

There is such a wide variety of clocks and clock movements that troubleshooting potential problems can be challenging without inspecting your clock. Many issues arise from wear and tear and a lack of maintenance. Regular clock servicing is essential since clocks run 24/7, 365 days a year, and require simple, routine care to ensure they operate smoothly and accurately.
Our charges for clock repairs are straightforward. An in-home service call costs $150.00, which covers the first hour, with a rate of $75 per hour thereafter. Travel time is included for distances up to 25 miles, with a $3 charge per additional mile for distances beyond that (both ways). We utilize Google Maps to calculate the distance from our location to yours. The average visit typically lasts 1-3 hours, with 1 hour being the norm. This includes inspection, light cleaning, lubrication as needed, and any necessary adjustments to improve the clock's performance.
If the movement needs to be removed for bench testing at our shop, there is a flat fee of $75. Diagnosing the issue may take several days, and no repairs will commence until we've discussed the diagnosis, repair options, and estimated costs with you. Full payment is requested after the repairs are completed, the movement is reinstalled in the clock, and you are completely satisfied.
